Location: Fort Morgan, Colorado

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, 4x10-hour shifts; flexible scheduling available

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive pediatric and adult outpatient physical therapy services
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with developmental delay, autism, torticollis, and orthopedic conditions
Utilize warm water therapy pool for hydrotherapy sessions
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team including PTAs and rehab aides
Perform occasional inpatient acute evaluations as needed
Maintain thorough documentation and ensure timely patient progress notes

Qualifications

Active Colorado PT license required
Current BLS certification
Minimum of some pediatric experience preferred
Must be willing to travel and reside locally (60-mile radius rule)

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in pediatric physical therapy interventions
Experience with developmental delays and autism spectrum disorders
Strong manual therapy and orthopedic skills
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Ability to work independently and manage caseload of 8-10 patients per day
