Shift Type: On-call rotation: Monday-Friday 5:00 PM - 6:30 AM, Saturday-Sunday 6:30 AM - 6:30 AM; additional day shifts as needed

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $61 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform MRI scans on patients using Siemens Avanto 1.5T equipment
Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures
Prepare and position patients for scans, explaining procedures
Maintain equipment and perform quality assurance checks
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend coverage

Qualifications

Valid Texas state license as an MRI Technologist
ARRT certification in MRI or equivalent
Experience with Siemens Avanto 1.5T preferred
BLS certification
Ability to float between College Station and Bryan campuses

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in MRI physics and safety
Strong patient care and communication skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to handle on-call duties and variable census
