Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate nursing activities for assigned shifts
Ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to hospital policies
Supervise nursing staff, providing guidance and support
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Manage patient admissions, discharges, and transfers efficiently
Respond to emergencies and escalate issues as needed

Qualifications

Active RN license in California
Minimum 1 year of experience in an acute care setting
BLS certification required
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems
Knowledge of nursing care standards and patient safety protocols
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
