Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week with potential for every other weekend

Candidate Pay Rate: $51 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive respiratory care across all hospital areas including medication administration and emergency response
- Manage both invasive and non-invasive ventilator support for critically ill patients
- Perform arterial blood gas sampling and analysis to guide treatment decisions
- Provide pulmonary hygiene and hyperinflation therapy to optimize patient outcomes
- Assist with intubation procedures and transport critically ill patients with artificial airways
- Coordinate home oxygen assessments and ensure seamless care transitions
Qualifications
- Current RRT or CRT credential required
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications
- Active Colorado state license
- Experience with ventilator management and emergency response
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Knowledge & Skills
- Respiratory modalities and medication delivery systems
- Ventilator management for invasive and non-invasive support
- Arterial blood gas sampling and interpretation
- Emergency response and intubation assistance
- Patient transport of critically ill individuals
- Pulmonary hygiene and hyperinflation therapy techniques
