Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, schedules released 4-6 weeks in advance

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, high-quality care across multiple PCU and IMC units
Titrate and manage cardiac drips, insulin, heparin, and ativan with confidence
Float throughout Zone 1 facilities to support diverse patient populations
Collaborate with charge nurses and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Provide education and support to patients and families during their recovery journey

Qualifications

Active Colorado or compact RN license
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
Minimum 2 years of recent PCU or IMC experience
Comfortable with cardiac drip titration and managing insulin, heparin, and ativan
Epic experience preferred; neuro experience a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Strong cardiac monitoring and drip management skills
Ability to adapt quickly to different units and patient populations
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Comfort working with adult and geriatric patients across specialties
