Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients in the Step-Down Unit
Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to changes in patient condition
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver excellent outcomes
Float to other units as needed to support patient care across the facility

Qualifications

Active California RN license
BLS and ACLS certifications
Minimum one year of recent SDU or telemetry experience preferred
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills

Knowledge & Skills

Telemetry monitoring
IV therapy and medication administration
Patient education
Electronic health record documentation
Team collaboration
