Shift Type: Monday-Sunday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, 4 days per week

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $59 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide meaningful occupational therapy services to help patients regain independence
Collaborate with PT and Speech colleagues to deliver comprehensive rehab care
Develop personalized treatment plans that make a real difference in patients' lives
Document care using Cerner EMR to ensure seamless communication across the team
Support patients through their recovery journey with compassion and expertise

Qualifications

Current California Occupational Therapy license required
BLS certification required
Minimum 2 years of experience in occupational therapy specialty
At least 1 year of acute care hospital experience preferred
Open to first-time travelers ready to grow their skills

Knowledge & Skills

Cerner EMR experience for efficient documentation
Strong assessment and treatment planning abilities
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive rehab team
