Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM with Saturday and Sunday call every 6-7 weeks

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional pre and post-operative care to patients undergoing a variety of surgical procedures
Collaborate with surgeons and the surgical team to ensure smooth operations across General, Ortho, Uro, Robotics, and GYN specialties
Monitor patients in the PACU and Phase 2 recovery areas while maintaining the highest safety standards
Utilize Cerner and Surginet EMR systems to document care and coordinate with the healthcare team
Respond to call shifts and support the OR team during weekend rotations every 6-7 weeks
Float to sister facilities when needed to support patient care across the network

Qualifications

Active RN license in Arizona or compact license
BLS certification required
Experience in General, Ortho, Uro, Robotics, and GYN procedures preferred
Familiarity with Cerner and Surginet EMR systems
Ability to work 12-hour shifts and participate in call rotation

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Comfort working with bariatric, pediatric, and endo patient populations
Proficiency with Phillips telemetry monitoring
Adaptability to float between facilities as needed
