Shift Type: 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday schedule with weekend coverage options available

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $59 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional physical therapy services across inpatient acute care and outpatient settings
Deliver compassionate care to diverse patient populations from pediatrics through geriatrics
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans
Support early mobility programs and stroke-certified care initiatives
Float between inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings as needed
Document patient progress using the Cerner EMR system

Qualifications

Current California Physical Therapist license required
BLS certification required
Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
Ability to work with diverse patient populations across multiple settings
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Knowledge & Skills

Orthopedic, neurological, and medical patient populations
Pulmonary complications and early mobility protocols
Outpatient hand therapy techniques
Pediatric and geriatric patient care
Home health therapy services
Interdisciplinary team collaboration
