Location: Merced, California

Start Date: 06-29-2026

End Date: 09-28-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday schedule with weekend rotation (Wednesday-Saturday or Sunday-Wednesday)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $59 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional outpatient therapy services across PT, OT, and ST disciplines
Provide compassionate care to diverse patient populations from pediatrics to geriatrics
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized treatment plans
Support patients through orthopedic, neurological, and pulmonary rehabilitation journeys
Contribute to the facility's stroke certification and early mobility programs
Float between inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings as needed

Qualifications

Current California PT, OT, or ST license required
BLS certification required
Cerner EMR experience preferred
Strong clinical skills in outpatient therapy settings
Ability to work with diverse patient populations across the lifespan

Knowledge & Skills

Outpatient therapy expertise across multiple disciplines
Experience with pediatric and geriatric populations
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Flexibility to float between different care settings
Knowledge of stroke rehabilitation and early mobility protocols
