Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional pediatric and adult outpatient physical therapy services
Evaluate and treat patients with developmental delays, autism, torticollis, and orthopedic conditions
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create individualized treatment plans
Utilize the warm water therapy pool for specialized aquatic therapy sessions
Support occasional acute inpatient needs while maintaining primary outpatient focus
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records

Qualifications

Current Colorado Physical Therapy license required
BLS certification needed
Some pediatric experience preferred
Ability to work with diverse patient populations across the lifespan
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

Pediatric physical therapy techniques and interventions
Treatment of developmental delays and autism spectrum disorders
Orthopedic rehabilitation approaches
Aquatic therapy in warm water environments
Patient evaluation and individualized care planning
Documentation and clinical record management
