Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Night, 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM (overnight), per diem schedule (specific days not provided)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $43 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care during overnight hours
Monitor and assess patient status, documenting changes and communicating with the care team
Administer medications and treatments safely and according to facility protocols
Assist with admissions, discharges and transfers during your shift to support smooth operations
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes
Respond to patient needs and emergencies promptly and effectively

Qualifications

Active RN or LPN licensure (as applicable) is required
Comfortable working overnight per-diem shifts
Prior clinical experience in acute care or skilled nursing settings preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to work well with a multidisciplinary team

Education

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (RN or LPN)

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and monitoring overnight
Medication administration and documentation
Clinical judgment and prioritization during busy shifts
Clear, timely charting and handoff communication
