Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, hands-on physical therapy services to help patients regain function and independence
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans grounded in best practices
• Provide effective therapeutic interventions, exercise instruction, and manual techniques
• Track and document patient progress clearly and thoroughly to support outcomes
• Collaborate with clinic staff and families to create a supportive, team-based care experience
• Support and participate in the required four-week onboarding to ensure smooth continuity of care

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Minnesota or eligible to obtain licensure prior to start
• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program (DPT preferred or equivalent)
• Comfortable with outpatient rehabilitation and patient-centered care
• Willingness to complete the facility's 4-week onboarding process
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with patients and the care team
• Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain upon hire

Education

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of musculoskeletal assessment and rehabilitation techniques
• Skilled in developing and progressing therapeutic exercise programs
• Proficient documentation and outcome tracking to support patient progress
• Ability to educate patients and families in clear, encouraging ways
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy and patient engagement
• Comfort with outpatient clinic workflows and interdisciplinary collaboration
