Roles & Responsibilities

Empower patients to regain independence through personalized therapy plans
Deliver hands-on occupational therapy to improve daily living skills
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Assess needs and track progress, celebrating every milestone
Adapt treatments creatively to meet diverse patient goals

Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapist license in Washington
Experience in rehab or skilled nursing settings preferred
BLS certification and passion for patient-centered care
Ready to jump into a dynamic contract role

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in therapeutic techniques and adaptive strategies
Strong assessment and documentation skills
Excellent communication to build patient rapport
Ability to thrive in shared position environments
