Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Morning)

Candidate Pay Rate: $25 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Greet patients and create a welcoming, compassionate atmosphere
Collect vitals and document patient information accurately
Assist clinicians with exams and basic clinical procedures
Prepare exam rooms and ensure supplies are stocked
Maintain accurate records in the electronic medical record
Communicate clearly with patients and families about next steps
Support clinic flow so appointments run on time and patients feel cared for

Qualifications

Medical Assistant certificate or equivalent training preferred
Current BLS/CPR certification or ability to obtain
Previous clinical experience preferred but new grads encouraged to apply
Excellent communication and patient service skills
Ability to pass background checks and meet facility onboarding requirements

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required
Medical Assistant certificate or diploma preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Taking vitals and basic clinical assessments
Familiarity with electronic medical record systems
Strong interpersonal and patient-facing skills
Basic infection control and clinical safety practices
Organizational skills to manage rooming and supply needs
