Start Date: 07-03-2026

Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Per diem, shift available: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, with 30-minute meal break; schedule varies based on facility needs

Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor and record patient vital signs, reporting changes to the care team
Provide compassionate direct patient care, including wound care and catheterizations
Assist with activities of daily living and promote patient independence
Collaborate with RNs and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Pennsylvania
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
Recent clinical experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Strong critical thinking and observational skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in medication administration and dosage calculations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of infection control practices
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Empathy and patience when working with patients and families
