Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: As needed, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM (Night shift, 30-minute meal break)

Candidate Pay Rate: $33 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate and high-quality nursing care to patients
Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
Document care accurately and maintain patient records
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications

Current and active LPN or RN license in the state of Maryland
BLS certification required (or willingness to obtain)
Previous clinical experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to adapt quickly to different units and patient populations

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of nursing principles and practices
Proficient in medication administration and patient assessment
Skilled in using electronic health records
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Compassionate and patient-focused approach
