Location: Parkersburg, West Virginia

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 12-hour shifts with 30-minute meal break. 36 guaranteed hours per week over 3 shifts.

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate patient care in a long-term care setting
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and report changes in patient condition
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
Maintain accurate patient records
Educate patients and families on care plans

Qualifications

Active LPN or RN license in West Virginia or compact state
BLS certification required
Minimum 1 year of experience
Ability to work night shifts
Strong communication skills

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing for RN, or Diploma in Practical Nursing for LPN

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of nursing principles and practices
Skilled in patient assessment and monitoring
Proficient in electronic health records
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving
Team collaboration
