Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Rotating schedule: evening shifts (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM) and some day shifts (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM), with rotating days including weekends

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $33 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate nursing care to residents under the supervision of RNs and physicians
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
Assist with daily living activities to promote independence and comfort
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
Document patient care in electronic health records with precision

Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Hampshire
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient knowledge of nursing procedures and medication administration
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Excellent observation and assessment skills for early detection of changes
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
