Start Date: 07-04-2026

Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Per Diem, day shift, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM with 30-minute meal break, includes weekends as needed

Candidate Pay Rate: $33 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and document patient vital signs and condition changes
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop care plans
Educate residents and families on health management
Maintain a safe and clean environment for all residents

Qualifications

Valid LPN or RN license in the state of Pennsylvania
Current CPR certification (BLS)
Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Knowledge of nursing protocols and state regulations
Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
