Start Date: 07-16-2026

Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: As needed, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC shift (30-minute meal break)

Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate daily care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure safety and comfort
Monitor vital signs and report changes to the nursing team
Support residents with meals and hydration as needed
Maintain a clean, safe, and dignified environment for all

Qualifications

Current CNA certification in Pennsylvania required
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
A caring, patient, and reliable attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of resident rights and confidentiality
Time management and organizational abilities
Comfortable with electronic health records and documentation
