Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM (night shift)

Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate patient care in a per diem capacity
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient vital signs and report changes
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
Document patient care accurately and timely
Educate patients and families on health management

Qualifications

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
BLS certification required
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in IV therapy and medication administration
Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt quickly to different units and patient populations
