Shift Type: Sunday, Friday, Saturday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Hours per Week: 37

Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate daily care to residents in a skilled nursing facility
Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and eating
Monitor and report changes in residents' health to the nursing team
Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents and staff
Document care provided accurately and timely
Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families

Qualifications

Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license in New Hampshire (or compact state)
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption required
Compassionate and reliable attitude

Knowledge & Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Basic computer skills for documentation
Physical ability to lift and assist with transfers
