Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Night shift, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM with 30-minute meal break, flexible scheduling

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility
Monitor patient vital signs and administer medications as prescribed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
Document patient progress and report changes to healthcare team
Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all patients

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
Current BLS certification
Minimum 1 year of long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Education

Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of nursing care standards and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
