Shift Type: Flexible per diem schedule; example shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Candidate Pay Rate: $33 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care and comfort with a smile
Administer medications and treatments accurately
Monitor vital signs and patient condition, alerting the team to changes
Collaborate with nurses and doctors to ensure top-notch care
Educate patients and families on health management

Qualifications

Valid LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
CPR certification (BLS) from AHA or equivalent
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing a plus
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A passion for helping others and making a difference

Knowledge & Skills

Thorough knowledge of LPN scope of practice
Skilled in patient assessment and medication administration
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Compassionate approach to patient care
Strong attention to detail and documentation
