Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on basic nursing care to residents during evening hours
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding) with dignity and respect
• Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes in condition to nursing staff
• Support mobility and fall-prevention measures to keep residents safe
• Communicate clearly with the interdisciplinary team and families to coordinate great care
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility protocols for resident care
• Contribute to a positive resident experience by offering respectful companionship and support

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) credential (required)
• T-LNA / Travel LNA experience or certification preferred
• Availability to work the 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM shift and provide every-other-weekend coverage
• Comfort working in long-term/extended care settings and collaborating with nursing teams

Education

• Licensed Nursing Assistant (state LNA certification)

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of ADLs and basic patient care
• Skillful in taking and documenting vital signs
• Infection control and safe patient handling techniques
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, observant, and able to escalate changes in resident condition

This is a travel assignment in the beautiful Seacoast region of New Hampshire.
