Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional dental hygiene care to patients, including cleanings and periodontal therapy
Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
Assist the dentist during procedures as needed
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure infection control standards
Collaborate with the dental team to deliver top-notch care

Qualifications

Active Dental Hygienist license in New York State
CPR certification required
Excellent communication and patient care skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education

Associate degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in dental hygiene procedures and instrumentation
Knowledge of dental software and record-keeping
Strong attention to detail and infection control practices
Empathy and patience when working with patients
