Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional physical therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing facility
Collaborate with a supportive therapy team to create individualized treatment plans
Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions to maximize functional outcomes
Document patient care accurately and timely in accordance with facility and company policies
Contribute to a positive, patient-centered environment focused on rehabilitation and wellness

Qualifications

Active New Mexico PTA license or compact privilege
At least 1-3 years of experience as a PTA (SNF experience preferred)
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
Must be comfortable meeting productivity expectations (92%)
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled nursing facility (SNF) rehabilitation knowledge
Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and schedules
Time management and documentation proficiency
Compassionate and patient-focused approach
