Candidate Pay Rate: $39 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist dentists during a variety of treatment procedures
Prepare and arrange dental instruments, materials, and equipment
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays)
Perform expanded functions such as applying sealants and fluoride treatments
Manage infection control protocols and sterilize instruments
Provide exceptional patient care and education

Qualifications

Valid Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA) certification in Indiana
Current CPR/BLS certification
Radiography certification preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and patient service skills

Education

Completion of an accredited dental assisting program

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in dental terminology and procedures
Experience with dental software and digital radiography
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Attention to detail and commitment to infection control standards
