Location: Acton, Massachusetts

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $75 - $52.5 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to restore mobility and reduce pain
Provide evidence-based interventions to improve strength, balance, and function
Implement therapeutic exercise and manual therapy techniques
Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans for optimal outcomes
Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team for coordinated care
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with standards

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist (PT) License required
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
Current CPR/BLS Certification preferred
Outpatient experience preferred but not required
Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Physical therapy evaluation and treatment planning
Therapeutic exercise and manual therapy techniques
Neuromuscular re-education
Patient education and home exercise program design
Documentation and compliance
