Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $75 - $52.5 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and create personalized physical therapy treatment plans
Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve strength, mobility, and function
Apply therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and neuromuscular re-education techniques
Monitor patient progress and adjust plans for optimal outcomes
Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with clinic and regulatory standards

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Massachusetts
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program
Current CPR/BLS certification
Outpatient experience preferred but not required
Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Physical therapy evaluation and treatment planning
Therapeutic exercise and manual therapy techniques
Neuromuscular re-education
Patient education and documentation
Interdisciplinary collaboration
