Location: Roseville, California

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $70 - $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist
Provide evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional performance
Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising therapist
Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and safety precautions
Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to ensure quality patient care
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with clinic standards

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in California
Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
Current CPR/BLS certification
Outpatient experience preferred but not required
Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills

Education

Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of physical therapy interventions and modalities
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in patient documentation and EMR systems
Time management and organizational skills
Commitment to evidence-based practice
