Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, day shifts

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 - $38.5 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Implement individualized treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
Provide evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and endurance
Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising Physical Therapist
Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and safety precautions
Collaborate with the rehab team to deliver quality patient care
Maintain accurate documentation per clinic and regulatory standards

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License
Associate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current CPR/BLS Certification (if required by clinic)
Outpatient experience preferred but not required
Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills

Education

Associate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

Knowledge & Skills

Physical therapy techniques and patient care
Documentation and compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
CPR/BLS certified
