Candidate Pay Rate: $26 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with facility protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Monitor patient vital signs and administer medications as ordered
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state of Michigan (or compact license)
- Minimum 1 year of recent acute care experience
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- ACLS certification preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Education
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Knowledge & Skills
- Patient assessment and critical thinking
- IV therapy and medication administration
- Wound care and infection control
- Electronic health records proficiency
- Flexibility to adapt to different unit protocols
