Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures to ensure efficient patient care
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments for a safe environment
- Take and develop dental x-rays with precision
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-procedure care
- Maintain accurate patient records and support office flow
- Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming dental practice
Qualifications
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or equivalent training
- X-ray certification preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality care
- Experience in a dental office setting is a plus
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and terminology
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent patient interaction and customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency for scheduling and records
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
