Candidate Pay Rate: $35 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist orthodontists during procedures, including bonding, debonding, and adjustments
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments to ensure a safe environment
- Take and process dental X-rays and impressions
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and care instructions
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes
Qualifications
- Active Dental Assistant certification in Maryland (or ability to obtain)
- Radiology (X-ray) certification required
- Orthodontic assisting experience preferred but not required
- CPR certification (BLS) required
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of orthodontic procedures and terminology
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
