Location: Ann Arbor, Michigan

Start Date: 07-27-2026

End Date: 10-25-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, every other weekend and holiday requirement

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate and expert care to critically ill newborns in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
Monitor and assess vital signs, adjusting treatments as needed
Administer medications and perform medical procedures with precision
Collaborate with a team of physicians, nurses, and specialists to create care plans
Educate and support families through their baby's journey
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with protocols

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
Minimum 2 years of recent NICU experience
Experience with Epic, OBix, Voalte, and Hugs systems preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
In-depth knowledge of neonatal care protocols and best practices
Proficiency in Epic and other NICU-specific systems
