Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (evening shift), days vary based on facility needs

Hours per Week: 37

Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities to residents
Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team
Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure comfort and safety
Maintain a clean and organized environment for optimal patient care
Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families

Qualifications

Active LNA license in New Hampshire or Vermont (compact state)
Current BLS/CPR certification
COVID-19 vaccine or approved exemption required
Minimum 6 months of experience as an LNA preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in basic patient care and vital signs monitoring
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
Time management and prioritization abilities
