Location: Passaic, NJ

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Day shift, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (typical Cath Lab hours)
Candidate Pay Rate: $77 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to adult and geriatric populations in the Cardiovascular Lab
- Assess and monitor patients' hemodynamic and physiologic status during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
- Communicate continuously with physicians regarding patient condition and procedure needs
- Maintain equipment and inventory, ensuring readiness of procedure rooms
- Obtain supplies for individual cases and support the Cardiovascular Laboratory team
- Participate in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement activities
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nursing (RN) License in New Jersey
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in a Cardiovascular Lab or Critical Care area
- Bachelor Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Education
- Bachelor Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of hemodynamic monitoring and cardiovascular procedures
- Proficient in patient assessment and critical thinking
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment
