Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, track, and distribute statistical reports on leave of absence data to internal stakeholders
• Communicate with HR, Occupational Health, managers, and leadership to coordinate employee LOA status while maintaining confidentiality
• Identify employees transitioning to COBRA, send communications, and manage state information requests for TDI/TCI claims
• Administer benefits communications and payment schedules for employees on unpaid leave, processing incoming payments with cross-departmental collaboration
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding eligibility, coverage, and other benefit matters with exceptional customer service
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support the leave and benefits teams

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (minimum 3 years)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including standard formulas and pivot tables
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to handle confidential information with care
• Comfortable with basic math and calculations to balance spreadsheets
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; experience in leave of absence management or benefits administration; familiarity with HRIS, leave management, or benefits platforms

Education

• Associate's degree, or minimum 3 years equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
