Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to residents and patients
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes promptly
Support the nursing team with timely documentation and clear communication
Help create a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for every resident
Build trusting relationships with residents and their families through respectful care

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (per state requirements)
Ability to pass background checks and required health screenings
Comfortable with patient handling, transfers, and basic infection control practices
Dependable, compassionate, and ready to be part of a close-knit care team
Basic CPR/First Aid preferred or willing to obtain

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Completed CNA training program and active certification

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient-centered care and bedside manners
Basic clinical skills: vital signs, ADL assistance, mobility support
Good observation skills and ability to escalate concerns appropriately
Clear, respectful communication with residents, families, and team members
Time management and dependable attendance to support continuity of care
