Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care that promotes dignity and comfort
• Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Measure and record vital signs accurately and report changes to the nursing team
• Support safe patient transfers and positioning while following facility protocols
• Communicate clearly with nurses, families, and other care team members
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and adhere to infection control standards
• Document care provided in a timely, accurate, and professional manner

Qualifications

• Active CNA credential (Certified Nursing Assistant) — required
• Comfortable working 12.5-hour per-diem shifts and adapting to facility needs
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced clinical setting
• Demonstrated ability to provide respectful, patient-centered care
• Available to begin assignments starting 2026-04-04

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Completion of an approved CNA program (implied by CNA credential)

Knowledge & Skills

• Fundamental patient care techniques and ADL assistance
• Basic vital sign measurement and documentation
• Safe patient handling and transfer awareness
• Infection prevention and basic clinical safety practices
• Strong observational skills and ability to escalate concerns appropriately
• Professional bedside manner and effective communication with care teams
