Location: Pennsburg, PA

Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Night, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care, assisting with ADLs and personal hygiene
Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes promptly to nursing staff
Support residents with mobility and safe transfers, using proper body mechanics
Maintain accurate, timely documentation of care and observations
Collaborate with the care team to deliver individualized, dignified care
Help create a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents

Qualifications

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
Comfortable working overnight shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
Current basic life support/CPR certification preferred or able to obtain
Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude
Ability to perform physical aspects of resident care safely

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Current CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Proficient in taking and recording vital signs accurately
Knowledge of infection control and safety practices
Good documentation and observational skills
Compassionate resident-centered care and strong interpersonal skills
