Location: Glen Mills, PA

Start Date: 04-23-2026

Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: 8-hour shift (specific start/end times and days to be confirmed with the facility)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care while maintaining dignity and respect
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team
Support meal assistance and feeding when needed
Maintain accurate documentation of care and observations
Help create a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver quality care

Qualifications

Current CNA certification in Pennsylvania or ability to obtain prior to start
CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Clear background check and ability to meet facility onboarding requirements
Strong communication skills and a caring, patient-centered attitude
Previous experience in long-term care or similar settings is a plus

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Completion of an approved CNA training program and state certification

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of basic patient care and infection control practices
Ability to assist with ADLs safely and respectfully
Comfortable with documentation and following care plans
Good teamwork and time management skills
Basic vital signs measurement and observation skills
