Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents and patients with dignity and respect
Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team promptly
Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary staff to support individualized care plans

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (Certified Nursing Assistant) — please have documentation ready
Demonstrated patient-centered care and basic clinical skills
Ability to pass facility-required background checks and health screenings
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Previous experience in long-term care or acute settings is a plus

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; completion of an approved CNA program required

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of basic patient care procedures and infection control practices
Comfort with assisting patients with mobility and transfers
Familiarity with charting and communicating observations to nursing staff
Strong interpersonal skills for working with residents, families, and team members
Dependability, attention to detail, and a caring bedside manner
