Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, respectful personal care to residents and patients
Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
Support safe transfers and positioning while following facility protocols
Help maintain a clean, comfortable environment for those in your care
Communicate observations and concerns clearly to the nursing team
Document care activities accurately and timely per facility policy
Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure high-quality resident-centered care

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential required
Comfortable working 8-hour shifts; exact schedule to be confirmed
Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care
Ability to pass facility-required background and health screenings (as applicable)

Knowledge & Skills

Fundamentals of patient care and assistance with ADLs
Basic infection control and hygiene practices
Clear, professional communication with residents, families, and team members
Reliable documentation and attention to detail
Teamwork and adaptability in a fast-paced care setting
