Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to patients making a real difference daily
Assist with daily living activities to enhance resident quality of life
Monitor vital signs and report changes promptly to ensure safety
Support rehabilitation efforts in a welcoming uptown health setting
Collaborate with the team to provide outstanding patient experiences

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in good standing
Commitment to patient-centered care
Reliable and enthusiastic team player
Ready to jump into per diem opportunities

Education

CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient care fundamentals
Excellent communication and empathy
Attention to detail in daily tasks
