Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders in their homes
Develop personalized therapy plans that help patients regain communication skills
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and family members to ensure comprehensive care
Document patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed
Educate patients and caregivers on techniques to support ongoing recovery

Qualifications

Active California SLP license
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
Home health or outpatient experience a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

Assessment and treatment of speech and swallowing disorders
Patient-centered care planning
Electronic documentation systems
Time management and independent decision-making
