Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver expert respiratory care to NICU and PICU patients using cutting-edge technologies
Evaluate and treat breathing difficulties with advanced equipment like high flow devices and Nitric Oxide
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Manage ventilators including Servo’s, 3100A, and Bunnell systems
Provide nebulizer therapy and support across units when needed
Document care meticulously in Meditech to ensure seamless continuity

Qualifications

Active RRT license
BLS, NRP, and PALS certifications required
2 years of current acute care hospital RRT experience
Current NICU/PICU experience preferred

Education

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credentials

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient with high flow devices, 3100A, Bunnell, Servo ventilators, continuous nebulizers, Nitric Oxide, and Heliox
Meditech documentation system experience is a big plus
Critical thinking in fast-paced environments
Team player with patient care focus and adaptability
