Candidate Pay Rate: $50 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care to neuro ICU patients making a real difference in critical moments
Monitor and assess patients in high-acuity settings with precision and compassion
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Float seamlessly between ICU and stepdown units adapting to dynamic needs
Advocate for patients ensuring their voices are heard and needs met

Qualifications

Active RN license with Nursys verification
Minimum 2 years of strong neuro experience
BLS and ACLS certifications
Completed skills checklist and references
Clean work history with no gaps over 60 days

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Expert neuro assessment and intervention skills
Proficiency in ICU and stepdown patient management
Strong critical thinking in high-pressure environments
Excellent communication with patients and teams
